Did you know: the small arrow beside the fuel pump on your dashboard shows which side the tank is on

I drove for nine years and parked on the wrong side of the pump at least once a month. A fuel attendant showed me last week and laughed for a full minute. What's something useful you found out embarrassingly late?

He doesn't call, he replies okay dear to everything, even when I sent him a picture of my new hair. Last week I finally asked what we are and he sent ₦50k extra and no words. I'm not complaining about the money o. I just want to know if I have a boyfriend.

Worst place to take a date in Lagos? Best answer gets a proper review from me

Mine: Balogun on a Saturday. 2pm I lost a shoe. 3pm I bought it back from the man who took it. 4pm my date asked for a refund on the whole relationship. One star, will absolutely go again for the story. Give me the place, the damage and what you lost.

Naming a child after a living relative is a trap. Who agrees?

My husband's father is alive and well and wants our baby named after him. Now his sister wants the same for her late husband's name. If we say no to one, we are insulting the family, if we say yes, my daughter is stuck with a name nobody under 70 likes. A friend says just use it as a second name. Do I give in?

I am the church treasurer. I borrowed from the building fund. The audit is on Sunday.

She is well. Do I confess before they find it, or try to find ₦2.1m in four days?

Cut it low or keep plaiting: what do you do with a little girl's hair before school resumes?

Good evening. My daughter is seven and her school has a rule about neat hair. The salon near us charges ₦6,000 for small cornrows and it takes three hours, with crying. My husband's barber says he can simply cut it low for ₦1,000 and it will grow back fuller. My mother says a girl's hair is not something you cut because you are tired. I am tired. What have other parents done, and did you regret it?

Unpopular: paying tithe from a salary you cannot feed on is fear, not faith. Agree?

I say this as a person who grew up in church and still prays every day. A man told me last Sunday that he pays 10% and now his children eat once a day, because God will restore. I asked him who told him this. He said the sermon. I am not against giving. I am against giving what you owe the shop. Tell me where I am wrong.

He says he's not ready for a title but introduced me to his mother. Which one is true?

Four months. He calls every day, we eat together on Sundays and last week I met his mum, who asked if I cook. When I asked what we are, he said let's not rush labels. My friends say run, my sister says patience. Is meeting the mother the title or the trap?
