7am, two men at the gate, each with a survey plan, each with a lawyer, each saying from today you pay me. The old landlord's number is switched off and his wife says he travelled for a short time. Eight flats. Nobody has paid anybody. The police said it's a civil matter and left with my neighbour's malt. Who do we pay?
