My ex returned my jersey, my charger and my Tupperware, and kept the dog.

The dog's name is Prince. I bought him, fed him, took him to the vet. She says he chose her because he sleeps on her side of the bed. I have now seen him on her Instagram in a hat. Is there any argument in this country for custody of a dog, or should I let the hat win?
