A driver I can trust for school runs, Lekki to Ikoyi, weekdays

Two children, 7am out and 3pm back. I have had three drivers in eighteen months. One sold fuel from the tank. One was excellent and relocated to Canada. One I am still not sure about. Do people here use an agency or a personal referral? What checks did you actually do, and what do you pay now, honestly?
