Five days in the office again. Do I negotiate or quietly start applying?

Negotiate or quietly start applying? The memo says back to the office five days a week from 3 November. I have worked from home for two years, I am more productive, and the commute from Ajah would be 3 hours a day if I am lucky. Management says culture. I have a good salary and a good manager. Do I write a proper request for two days at home, or accept that this job just ended?
