Selling a 3-year-old fridge: take ₦90k now or wait for a better buyer?

It works well, no rust, one small dent at the back. Listed at ₦110k two weeks ago, three people asked last price and disappeared. Another offered ₦90k cash today. Take it, or hold until I move? Also how do you know if a buyer who says I will send a rider is real?
