SAME transformer. Same concrete base. 2019 a man in agbada cut the ribbon. 2023 a different man in a different agbada cut the same ribbon with a new banner. Last month a third one came with a choir and a bigger banner. We got ninety minutes of light during the speech and it died the second the choir finished. Ninety minutes. For THREE elections. I am not even angry, I am just counting.
